Salon Director, Educator and Master Stylist of Public Image Limited opened the doors over 19 yrs ago. Running a successful salon has not kept her from her first love: cutting hair. Linda boasts an impressive resume of training and experience.
She attended Sassoon training seminars in Chicago, Toronto, South Beach and London. Toni & Guy in London, Dallas and in New York. Her work has been featured several times in Modern Salon, done numerous photo shoots featuring Wilhelmina models for many print advertisements, magazines and live fashion shows.
In 2005 Linda visited with the TIGI artistic team in Dallas and successfully completed the “Teacher Training” course becoming an educator. “Continuing education is the key to individual development” say’s Linda. She personally trains each and every employee.
As early as a young teen working in my moms salon I learned that fashion continually evolves as well as hairstyles. We must keep thinking forward or we fall very behind the times. I feel age has no number when hair and fashion are appropriate with the year.

Alisandra is a graduate from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Occupational Therapy as well as a graduate of Capri Institute. She continued her education with advanced training in waxing and skincare analysis from the Dermal Institute. Certified in M.D. Formulations, Ali also received training in body treatments, such as wraps and body bronzing at the Somerset School of Massage Therapy. She has also interned with Tobi Britton, a prominent makeup artist in New York City. In 2004, she became certified as a member of the Toni & Guy Cosmetic Artistic Team. As a C.A.T member, Ali educates others in the beauty industry about TIGI makeup through teaching classes, doing stage work and working hands on backstage at various trade shows.

After deciding to pursue a career in the beauty industry, Cathy attended the Capri Academy in Clifton NJ. It was there that she studied cosmetology and received her basic training. Upon becoming a PIL Team member she has received extensive in salon training. Specializing in haircutting, coloring and highlights, Cathy has received training in advance hair design with the artistic Toni & Guy team in NYC. She also attended advance coloring training at the Goldwell studio in NJ.
“We are always recreating styles and color formulas, used on the runways” says Cathy.

After deciding to pursue a career in the beauty industry, Daniela attended the Roman Academy in Hawthorne NJ. It was there that she studied cosmetology and received her basic training. Upon becoming a PIL Team member she has received extensive in salon training. Specializing in haircutting, coloring and highlights Daniela has received training in advance hair design with the artistic Toni & Guy team in NYC. She also attended advance coloring training at the Goldwell studio in Baltimore & NJ. Certified in the new Cinderella Hair Extensions techniques, she offers her clients the trendiest cuts, color and finish.

Faith has been around the hair industry since she was a teenager, during this time she received hands-on training in every facet of the salon. After graduating high school, she attended the acclaimed Roman Academy of Beauty Culture. As a professional stylist and PIL Team member for over a decade, clients receive expert advice and the perfect cut. Specializing in haircutting, coloring and highlights Faith has received advanced haircutting training with Jingles in NYC and the artistic team of Toni & Guy in California. She also excels in color, with formal instruction at the Goldwell Color Institute. She is certified to apply the Cationic Hydration Interlink (CHI) silk hair straightening system and the revolutionary new method of hair extensions to create any transformation her client’s request.

By the time Jill was a junior in high school she knew she wanted a career in the beauty industry and by graduation she was a licensed beautician. As a Master Colorist for 20 years, she has been a Team PIL member since its inception; Jill has fulfilled her clients request as well as many corrective challenges. Specializing in color and highlighting, Jill attended training classes with Goldwell, as well as attending their advanced ambassador program at the Goldwell Institute in Baltimore. While living in Louisville Kentucky she was employed at the prestigious Z Salon & Spa. It was there that she attended advanced color classes with Wella & Redken, in addition to becoming a transformation makeup artist with Aveda.
“The type of highlights or color you receive should compliment the haircut”, suggests Jill.

A Passaic County Vo-tech graduate, it was there that she studied cosmetology for 4yrs. receiving basic training. Upon graduation Katie joined Team PIL and received extensive in salon Toni & Guy training. Specializing in haircutting, updo’s, coloring and highlights, Katie has received training in advance hair design with the artistic Toni & Guy team in NYC. She has attended Goldwell color classes and is certified to apply the Cationic Hydration Interlink (CHI) silk hair straightening system. Introducing the new Toni & Guy creative hair design techniques, she offers her clients the trendiest cuts. Her color work was featured twice in Modern Salon along with Salon Director Linda A. Perrette.

In his own words, stylist Kelly has been doing hair “forever”. A senior member of the PIL Team, Kelly is also a transformation Makeup Artist and has worked on location for editorial and fashion shoots. Deeply involved in fashion his clients receive personalized advice, in addition to the perfect cut and color. Specializing in haircutting, coloring and highlights Kelly has received advanced haircutting training with the artistic TIGI team in Dallas, Las Vegas, LA and NYC. He has attended Goldwell color seminars in Montreal, Baltimore, NJ and NYC. He is certified in the CHI hair straightening process as well as the Cinderella Hair Extension system. As an established make-up artist he has trained for the Victoria’s Secret make-up line, MAC make-up as well as TIGI Catwalk.

After graduating from Wayne Valley High School, Lana decided to pursue a career in the beauty industry, and attended Morris County School of technology. It was there that she studied cosmetology and received her basic training. Upon becoming a PIL Team member she has received extensive in salon training. Specializing in haircutting, coloring and hair extensions Lana has received training in advance hair design with the artistic TIGI team in NYC. She also attended a TIGI workshop called “Techniques” in Long Beach California. As a colorist receiving color training from Goldwell in Baltimore she has mastered the complex formulations used to create trendsetting styles.
“Eye color and face features are all considered when creating a personal hair style” says Lana.
